We speak about this tecnovita by bh: during 20 minutes, the pedaling position is retracted backwards, weight 116 kg, very bad ups, I do that three times a week, progressive (until 30-40mins), it is easy to fold although it could be more, using it 30 minutes, it is visually simple but effective, it is not bland, to keep fit it works perfectly, easy assembly, I mean an hour y <span> i like it.
