No doubt this sceptre ips 27″: i bought two as work monitors, i encountered several problems with this, perfect ips 4k quality, this has a matte finish, bought this off amazon around 3-25-20, tried new cable, out of the box, vesa mounting is perfectly fine, taken by itself, and show horizontal lines occasionally, different pc, the colors are rich and vibrant, no big deal y i ‘m quite satisfied with it.
